LSG was founded by Eunique Ferguson to envision a better future for all, focusing on community building. We are a professional service provider collaborating with property management companies to facilitate affordable housing opportunities and mixed housing resources for those in need.
Our goal at LSG is to provide affordable housing through mixed housing resources and to serve as a hub for community building, ensuring everyone has equal opportunities. With additional properties on the rise, we currently offer affordable mixed housing options in California, as well as across the Midwest and Southern states.
